MPM’s parking facility management business has become a significant part of the services provided by the company.  Working in conjunction with its sister company, Urban Parking Management, MPM presently provides the asset management for several parking operations in Providence, RI.  MPM is responsible for all financial accounting and the monitoring of income against computerized reports supplied by our comprehensive software package.  Through the efforts of daily monitoring we are able to insure that our parking garage/lot clients are receiving all of the income produced at these sites.  Due to these efforts, fraud at our garages and lots has been greatly minimized, another added benefit to our clients.
