Design development is probably one of the most important aspects of all types of construction.  At MPM we spend the necessary time, sharing our experience and expertise with our clients and their architects in the early stages of a project.  By spending the time up front, we are able to help eliminate costly changes during construction. 

In addition to working with client architects, we have a close working relationship with several area architectural firms.  If a tenant or client needs an architect, we can recommend a firm(s) that will suit their needs, whatever they may be.  Having the expertise to provide these services and bundling them into a larger package is just another representation of how efficient and cost effective our approach can be.
