John J. Macliver (Jay) – Vice President, Operations & Business Development

Jay is tasked with responsibility for of overseeing the operations of the firm and the company’s growth and expansion in the property management and construction services business.  His primary role is to grow and expand the business to other markets in the Greater New England area.  Jay brings more than 10 years of experience management, business development and sales with national and international companies. 

For the past year, he has assisted in the growth of MPM by bringing onboard approximately 750,000 square feet of managed space.  In addition to these efforts, he has instituted an entirely new technology platform allowing the company to handle this growth.  Over the last several years, he managed key accounts at two software firms on the West Coast, where he served as Director of Sales and Senior Account Executive in San Francisco, CA.  Prior to this, Jay was a Senior Account Executive and Senior Underwriter for an alternative risk financing company in San Francisco, CA.  He began his career in 1996 with the General Re organization, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, in Los Angeles, CA. 

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University with a dual major in Finance and Marketing.  While at Northeastern, he participated in the Co-operative Education program where he held positions with Putnam Investments, Gordon Brothers, NAI Hunneman, Fidelity Investments and First State Management Group.  He is currently a candidate for the RPA and CCIM designations. 

Jay is a 3 time Ironman Triathlon finisher.


Theresa Sinnott – Property Manager

Terry is responsible for the day to day property management for the seven Jewelry District buildings recently purchased by Brown University. She has over 10 years of professional experience in project management and corporate/commercial real estate.

Terry began her career in 1990 with the GTECH Corporation where over the course of 17 years she held various positions in finance, project management and real estate. As part of GTECH’s Real Estate group, she provided lease and database management for a portfolio of 1.4 million square feet.  Most recently, she held the position of Associate Real Estate Manager.

Terry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.  She also holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Rhode Island.

Her professional accreditations include a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNET Global, and a certificate in Project Management from Boston University.


Paul Criscione – Chief Operations Engineer

Paul is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring all HVAC systems are running properly at those locations managed by MPM.  In addition, Paul is responsible for a team of engineers who handle the day to day systems operations in each of the buildings MPM manages. 

Paul has over 15 years of experience as an HVAC engineer and is a State licensed stationary engineer.  He has been with MPM for 16 years.  Prior to this, he held a similar position at Cherry Semi-Conductor, manufacturer of chips for Ford automobiles.  Paul began his career working for the Taco Corporation. 

Paul earned an Associates Degree from New England Tech with a focus on Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating Technologies. 

He enjoys fishing and staying fit. 


Paul McClung – Chief Operations Engineer    

Paul is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring all HVAC systems at 50 Kennedy Plaza and 30 Kennedy Plaza are running properly.  In addition, Paul is responsible for a team of engineers who handle the day to day maintenance and systems operations in these locations managed by MPM. 
Paul has over 20 years of experience as an HVAC engineer and is a State licensed stationary engineer. 


Mark Erickson – Chief Operations Engineer, Master Electrician

Mark is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring all HVAC systems are running properly at the seven Jewelry District buildings recently purchased by Brown University.  In addition, Mark is responsible for a team of maintenance men who handle the day to day systems operations in each of the buildings MPM manages in the Jewelry District.
